I made the mistake of buying a 4-year subscription. I paid a few payments and paid it all off in one lump sum. Although I believed I was scammed.
For the next 6 months I recieved numerous phone calls from them and never agreed to anything they tried to slickly sell me. Then I started to get calls telling me that they've had complaints from other consumers that they've been solicited. Even though I answered every question they asked they would call again and again for the same thing up to 4 times a day.
Everytime they mentioned something about billing I would tell them I paid in full and they would hang up. The last time I got a little further with it and they told me I had 25 payments to make which started 2 months ago. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He told me he didn't have one. I told him I never agreed to anything and he hung on me.
