You will receive many many emails from 30glycolic.com with their information and how you can contact them, call them etc.
They NEVER will answer their customer service line, and they do not respond to any emails.
About 2 years ago they changed their product to a much high concentration which causes burns. The instructions on the label have the incorrect application timing for the new concentration. IF YOU ARE ABLE to contact someone or have them call you back they will give you yet another time period for application. Their products are dangerous and the FDA should be monitoring this company.
