Products ordered from TV infommercial. After two shipments I sent emails to cancel... No response. Company sent more product and charged my credit card. I refused the shipment per USPS directions and returned the products. I refused another shipment on 1/21/03 and refused that package also. I waited 20 minutes with no answer from a customer service person, with a recorded voice telling my that "your call is very important to us." I sent three emails asking for account to be cancelled.
I told the company I would report them to everyone and anyone. Do not order any products (collagen, hair replacement, etc) from University Medical Products in Irvine CA
