I also have a few bottles of #30 acid... Purchased from 30glycolic.com. I have some of the old stuff... Shorter fat bottles compared to the newer product which are taller and skinnier bottles. The product 30% glycolic acid rapid exfoliator states: "Remove after 10 minsutes with cool, slightly soapy water..."
This is wrong... If causes severe burns...
We have tried to call the company at 866-384-3780 which is listed on the bottle and noone ever answers... Also the address on the new bottle shows downington, pa not arizona...
EVEN looking at their website does not show the correct usage for these products...
