When I first received a collection notice, I made mistake by paying them. I realized the collection notice was invalid after checking the date of the termination of my Allstate Insurance. I thought somehow the last Allstate statement was not paid. However, I received another collection notice from the CCS as if my Allstate coverage is in effect 6 months after the termination date. I tried to contact the CCS by phone which has only automated response on my balance. Then I researched Internet to find similar complains from 25 other people. Why this company has not been sued by class action? I cannot imagine how many Spanish speaking honest people pay them mistakenly. Allstate should prosecute the CCS unless they are a part of Allstate group.
