I received a bill from Credit Collection Services from Allstate Insurance Company for $1,033.62, I don't understand this bill as I have never had Allstate for Automobile Insurance. It says that the bill was from 12/5 Well why am I just getting a bill now and why didn't I get one from Allstate themselves. They say they are going to send me to court or suspend my license if I don't pay. Can they really do this? I have tried calling and can't get someone on the phone.
