I have contacted 1@1 several times and still am getting answers saying i wont be charged again. I followed he exact procedures they gave me on the phone and still got charged again for a bill that has been paid till next May that was paid three months ago. They keep sending me emails saying to expect my card to show a payment then that is what they do. Only I don't owe anything. I even canceled a plan I had payed for to let them know I am not happy with there service, but they don'y seem to accept someone leaving for a different organization.
