Charged me after I got emails saying they canceled my account

I was sifting through my emails and there to my astonishment was sitecube.com charging me after i canceled 2 months ago. I have had to write many many emails to them in the past and they almost never respond. I recommend anyone thinking of using them to go use homestead.com or something, anything, other then sitecube. They don't have an easy way to cancel your account, you have to pleed with them and pray they do it. And in the end they wont. They will send you emails saying we have canceled it, but then just go straight ahead with charging you without notice or concent. This is the worst web company i have encountered and i have been with many of them. No... Not company... THIEFS! I have nothing good to say about them except that they have a somewhat decent interface for making a mostly useless site.
