Americ-Source contacted our office stating that we owe $299.95 for a second year subscription to their directory. I was refused any documentation verifying a 2 year agreement, as was not allowed to speak with the sales person who submitted the fraudulant invoice. I was informed that if I do not pay the full amount the invoice will be sent for collections.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
This company needs to be investigated and prosecuted under the full extent of the law.
