I ordered a piano from them in August 1987 (!), and got the same runaround as described here. Oddly enough, he sent me a very apologetic email only about a month ago promising to deliver. I began to have the gravest of doubts when the phones were disconnected and the Website was gone. Sure enough, I went to the Pianoworld Forums (www.pianoworld.com), and there they were - page after page of complaints, and fresh and new reports of PSS victims. For what it's worth, I, too, will submit a claim to the Attorney General's office. Imagine ripping off the estate of a young child who lost his mother!
