2529 not sending final pay check its still sitting in their store

I stopped working for wal mart and my last chech is suposed to be mailed to me i have called and they still have it in their store and keep saying they will mail it but they have not im living in a different state and can not go to their store i would really love it if some one could get them to do the right thing and send me my pay check i do have billls to pay
