Cca first national card ripoff

My fiance recieved one of these cards and told her it was activatedwell they said they dont want money for a deposit so they called a membership fee well all they are doing is ripping people off and they can not give me a security number when they want to talk over the phone so all we cn do is go to the better business bereauand file a report on this company
