This site completely misleads you in believing you can get an actual background check. You get nothing from them (for 29.00) that you cannot get for free. Whatever info you want, they want more money to "upgrade". They say they will refund your money. I sent 8 emails that went without a response. The last email sent, I gave them 3 days to respond or a report to the BBB and the State what going to be made. Within seconds of sending this (after a month and a half and 8 emails), I got a response in seconds. AMAZING.
They gave me this link www.hdpublishinggroup.com/refund (which worked) to fill out their refund form and send that in. We will see now. I had already made the complaint with the state and was filling out the form with the Better Business Bureau when I got a response.
I have read many posts on the net where people were not given their money back. Hopefully this helps if you already signed up with them.
