I accidentally purchased a NET DETECTIVE on 0805 i did not like & need a product, like a scam, so i did not use it & demanded & requested for a refund immediately, they told me to fill out my acc.info. On line to get a refund so i filled out my acc.info. On line as they told me to do so then they emailed me a refund form, i printed them, signed them & mailed them aug. 10th 2006. They refuse to give me a refund & they lie to me that they pretend to have not received a refund form also they got my money (a credit card) very fast, did not take anytime to get my money but i request a refund they just ignor me, give me a hard time & refuse to give me a refund many many times. I know that they got a refund form from me, i mailed a form to a address what they gave me. Now they email another refund form but the page cannot be found, they removed a form from their website so i can't get it. They are very sick, scammers & abusive, I NEVER NEVER HAVE A BUSINESS w / NET DETECTIVE.
