On Mach 7, through a coupon, I hired this company to clean my ducts, they came exactly on time and the first thing they did was, the contract. I signed it, because I don't know what I was thinking (I wasn't thinking straight). When they started cleaning, they took a small brush and cleaned around it, so I offered them my vacum to take the dust out. Then they went to my basement they sanitized the system with lysol product, I was thinking to myself, at what time they will start the real job? But they never did, I told them how frustrated I was, but they told me, sorry, you' ve just signed the contract.
I called the company, I talk with Kim, Joe, Paul, John, Casey, Tom, etc. They told me several time that they will come, but never did. I lost more than $220.00 and what affected me the most was that they took my time, they gave me several excuses and never faced the problem, but believe me, life is cause and effect. Sorry for my english.
I have three children with asthma, It wasn't the first time I required this service, but it's my first time dealing with these people. This people don't deserve to have a business.
