Yearly subscriptions started after waiting 6 months, Now it stopped after 3 months

I'm from Japan and the same person called "Piff Off" below claiming "no delivery after 5 months" on January 2.

As it stated, I placed an order through their site for this company called MagzineCity for a Yearly subscriptions of US weekly and US Cosmopolitan and paid $238 immidiately on August 16. (The payment has been made through my Visa card, and my credit card statement in September stated they took my money immediately on the day I ordered in August.)

From around November, I started making complaints to their site by both numerous e-mails (I have never received any replies except immediate automatic ones) and expensive International telephone calls to their customer service I had to waited 10-15 minutes to listen music every time. I also made threads for MSN and Yahoo! Japan consumer forums. I found a couple of people who were in the same situations.

I was very exhausted... But finally I have started receiving both magazines from February.

However, US Weekly subscription has stopped in 3 months... Last time I received the magazine was in the middle of May. So I started sending my e-mails which I have never received any replies. I started making phone calls but it cut me off after letting me listen music for 7 minutes. (They automatically cut you off after 7 minutes call.)

So, there are no ways to make a claim or contact to their customer service. (I send e-mails but they have never gave me any replies except automatic ones)
I only wasted expensive telephone call bills to US (800 isn't free from overseas)

In Japan, we can claim to Police or at least public consumer service for this kind of very, very horrible service but I don't know what to do for overseas company.

I have been using so many major US mail-order services for more than 10 years and some auction sites for a couple of years, and all I had is just a couple little troubles resolved soon by contacting with customer service.

But I have never had this kind of fraud business. I want to report this experience here again. I also wrote a letter to a Japanese website which advertise this company that they should stop introduce this company.
