Nov 22 - I placed an online order for items I had hoped to be Christmas gifts. My credit card was charged this day and the e-mail confirmation I received said it would take 14 - 21 days for my order to arrive.
Basically - I never heard anything from them again!
Beginning the week before Christmas, just about 1 month after my order was placed, I began contacting the company. I have tried e-mail, phone, and fax - never received a response.
I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau - the results were that the company could not be reached and a negative comment would be put on their file.
