Not worth the money or time. Their installation and service sucks. I wish I would have seen the lawsuit they already had against them online before we had them put in our windows

When the guy first came out to measure the windows he showed up looking pretty hung over I had to tell him several times we wanted full screens and we needed the tempered class because our windows were low to the floor. It finally took three times of me telling him that it finally sunk in. If I would have known he was the one that was going to be putting the windows in I would have canceled the order right then and there. At the beginning they said they would send somebody out to measure and then they would get a hold of the installer. It took them 2 weeks longer to get the windows in than what he had said. My husband was home when the guy showed up to install the windows and low and behold it was the same guy and he had a gopher with him. When I got home I was wondering how by himself and his helper he was going to install 13 windows in two days like they told us. Well it ended up taking three days of losing work and we ended up with cigerette butts all over our yard and a stinch in our house from the installer. He even had enough nerve to use a new carpet, I had shook out sitting on the front porch, for his ladder and then when he was finished with it threw it in our front yard and left it. When he was completely finished with the windows he was leaving and I asked if he was going to go through and check all the windows with me. He wasn't happy but said he would. I pointed out several things that were wrong and of course he had excuses for everything. I said I wanted everything fixed before I would pay for anything. He said he would contact the company and they would call us and let us know when they could come out and fix it. Three weeks later we still hadn't heard anything and my husband called them and they set up an appointment for the owner Brian Teeters and the salesman to come out and look things over. Two weeks later they showed up over an hour late, and the owner only lives less than a mile away. The owner was rude as soon he came in. He finally said he would send somebody out to fix the problems and I said I did not want the same person so he said he would send another team out. Two weeks later we finally got a phone call from the other team and they would be there the following week. They came out and said the opposite of what the owner said about the windows and even called the manufacturer in front of us to make sure they were correct. They also said the first guy did not caulk around the windows like he should have and that was probably why we were still getting cold air coming in. They fixed everthing and everything seemed good until we had another cold spell and I could still feel air coming in through the windows but I figured I would try to fix the problem myself instead of waiting for winter to be over and them finally getting back to us. I went around and caulked all the little holes on the inside of the windows like the owner said should have been done to begin with and the other team said it would not make a difference. It didn't seem to make a difference but at this time the weather was getting nicer and I didn't notice the cold air as much. So I figured we would have to wait until it started to get cold out again to see if I could still feel the cold air coming in and by the way one of the problems we had is I didn't think the first guy insulated the windows very well but the second team said that was fine. Well with all the rain we have been having two of our windows starting leaking and has spotted up our carpet, rotting out the drywall and cracking the caulking around the window. We have been trying to get a hold of them now for a month and they will not even acknowledge that we have called and left messages. I contacted BBB 6 days ago and they said they would contact the company and to this day we have not heard anything from them. I have e-mailed all my friends and told them to spread the word that this company sucks. The funny thing is that on Teeters Construction website it says they get most of their business by word of mouth so I figured they could just as well lose business by word of mouth and e-mail also. Somebody suggested contacting the local news to see of they would help and I think that is the next step I will take for now and then maybe contact a lawyer. I just saw on the internet that they actually just settled another case last year and the homeowners won.
