I tried to order a coin but never got it. Supposedly it was out of stock but they charged my credit card anyway. I emailed and called but got no response. I notified my credit card that the charge was fraudulent. The next month there were two MORE charges from ClassicCloseouts. I contacted my credit card again. I had to close the account and get a new card. I continued to contact ClassicCloseouts but got no response. My credit card removed the two most recent charges but said ClassicCloseouts responded on the first charge to say I ordered "Free Shipping for a year" for $69.00!! So they could not remove the charge from my account. I continued to contact ClassicCloseouts to no avail. Every option on their phone system leads to "leave a message and we will call you back" but they NEVER CALL BACK. I left a message on every single option. Still no response. They don't respond to email from their website either. I emailed them several times.in order to keep my credit rating I had to pay the $69.00 that I never authorized. They are a complete RIP-OFF. Never do business with them.
