I was hired by Debra and Eric Andrews for a contracting job in Blue Ridge. A down payment was made on the job. The job was 90% completed. They owed $9,000.00. Debra Andrews met me on several occasions to give money to pay my workers, but she never gave any money. She gave me a sad story of hard times and marital problems. I told her I had taken $4,000.00 of my personal money for her job and could not pay any more. She needed to pay herself. She called a couple of days later and asked me to meet her at a Marietta restaurant. I asked her to bring her husband as I was uncomfortable meeting her alone. She said she would. When I got there she was alone. At that point she started crying about her marriage problems and began hugging me inappropriately. I was shocked and disgusted by her behavior and left the restaurant. After this she tried to seduce me in exchange for finishing the work on her home. She brought gifts on numerous occasions. I did some research and found out she tried to seduce 3 sub-contractors also. She has a pattern of this. When I refused to sleep with her and meet her she started lying about me, harrassing me, and blackmailing me. She has liens on her property for failure to pay, lawsuits against her, and 2 lawsuits pending. As more information becomes available I will update. I will be starting a blog on her. Contractors beware!!!
