The lying, sneaky, and high turnover rate store

First of all, Sprint sucks! I have been with them for five years, and I have encountered nothing but problems. The employess tell you false information and you will have to wait a half hour in the store for them to lie to you.

They will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract. Once your signed, they will set up your account incorrectly so you are being charged. 40 cents a minute. Did they make me pay for the mixup? YES!

Then they will tell you the reason you keep going over your minutes is because you don't have Sprint to Sprint minutes, which they will tell you that you do have that feature when signing up. So they finally give it to you, but don't reinburse you for all the overage charges.

The most recent situation I have encountered has been there last straw. They resigned my shared plan contract for two years. I upgraded one phone and the other one I did not. The man in the store told me that I could come in anytime before my contract ends and I would still have a 150.00 credit towards a phone without affecting my contract. So I went to the store today to upgrade the phone on the other line and the clerk tells me that I have to sign a new contract to get the credit. What the hell is this shit???

I don't want to pay the early termination fee, but I can no longer stand them. I have been thrown around enough. I wish there was something I could do.
