Do not use this company as a lead source for annuity business or reverse mortgages. The guy who runs this scam is Eric Rubin if you talk to him you will identify him by his nasaly moany voice. He will claim to set appointments for you to go out on and fact find and close deals. He will ask that you buy a set amount of his "preset appointments" I was dupped and bought 1800 dollars worth of nothing. He called me everyday for the business and wanted me to over night the check. I sent it to him regular mail and once he cashed it not a word from him. He has no office and runs this out of a crappy apartment, with a guy named Jules and a couple scumbags. Once he has your money he will say things like he's real sorry that he took you money and gave you nothing in return, but that is how it goes. I have taken him to small claims court and won and I am investgating other options. Lead companies need to be regulated and have back ground checks for the owners as this is all to common with companies. Save yourself the trouble and go to a reputable company.
