Annuity leads are not qualified, returns aren't handled properly, and customer service is horrible unless you call them. I

I gave them $100.00 for annuity leads. I have received 7, one of which was good, the rest claim to have never requested information about annuities. Today's lead denied ever inquiring about an annuity. Leads can be bad, and they people will often lie about requesting information, but if I can't get credit on the lead, I'm just sending them money. I terminated my association with them and requested my money back, they gave me another lead, it was bad. Save yourself time and money, avoid this company.
