Allways Moving handled our move on June 2nd 2008. During the move, there was a tremendous amount of damage to the walls and staircase of the address of the home we moved from, including a hole the size of a fist.
Upon arriving at the next location, just a few blocks away, they unloaded with the same "speed and efficiency" as they loaded... Very slow, and hitting everything on door jams, passageways, even breaking a light fixture in a hallway.
They didn't bring the proper tools to work with, and needed to borrow tools to disassemble furniture. I watched... Sick. As they dropped the microwave, broke the legs of my daughter's new armoire, and beat up my new dining table. The bookcases were beaten, the walls smeared with filth. I called their supervisor while they were still there, asking him (Amad) to please help these men finish their job, and do it right, he told me no-one was available to help them.
After numerous calls, emails, and even after Rafael came out to assess damage at both homes, no repairs or offer of reimbursement have been forthcoming.
After moving 6 times in the last 10 years with professional moving companies, this is the most unprofessional moving company, and without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had.
