Air conditioner went out and Tech was sent to fix. After found the problem, and started to orders parts, tech was asked sereral questions as to what caused the problem, his answer was he did not know, then was asked was it a power surge and he again said he did not know and was asked again and tech said maybe so, but, was stoped and the deceison was made NO Coverage due to act of God. Power Surge.
No other item was hurt in home or fuse box. There was NO power Surge, just a way for them not to pay the claim. $550.00
