Poor quality product & poor service

I received 2 dozen flowers via ProFlowers from my buddy in Hawai'i about 14 days before, however the purchase came in inadequate form and also the blossoms never exposed. Alternatively they simply extended to obtain more and much more dried and blackened, despite my having read and adopted the treatment guidelines.
