I requested 2 floral arrangements for my 17-year-old nephew's memorial @ Your Small Nation Chapel in New Caney, Texas to become shipped on 05/15/08. The first order was good. The Next purchase was for that "Quality" container. I particularly requested if it was likely to be larger and much better than the picture and also the solution was "Yes, the container is a lot larger and you will find atleast increase the blossoms and flowers." Upon delivery of the blossoms, I had been really unhappy. The container was just like the main one within the picture, that was fairly, but I paid additional for that "Quality." To include insult to damage, I approached the organization via email on 05/20/08 but still have experienced no reaction.
