My family purchased an English cream Golden Retriever from April and Heath Fulk in January. I have EVERY email ever exchanged saved.in these emails she stated that our pet was AKC registered and we would recieve AKC Registration Papers. We paid $1650 for our dog. It has now been 6 months and we have NO AKC Papers. I also called AKC who has informed me that the Sire has not had a litter registered in YEARS and the mother IS NOT EVEN REGISTERED. April Fulk refuses to answer phone calls or respond to emails. She is a complete fraud and complete liar! She seemed too good to be true in the beginning but her true colors have shown! She claims his mother is a German Import and that is the reason for delay. HOWEVER our dog is 1 year old now, and the AKC said that it takes a MAXIMUM of 6 months (usually only 1 month) to transfer a foreign registration! This breeder is unethical and lies to buyers. PLEASE purchase your dog elsewhere to make sure you are getting what you pay for!
