I hired Solar Electric Systems, Inc to install a new Heat Pump in my pool heat system. THe contract stated that it would be a "complete installation" and they would "replace circuit breakers as necessary".
When they delivered the pump, their installer realized that they needed an electrician. They contacted Bates Electric and had them do the electrical work.
I paid Solar Electric in full (cash) on March 13. They owe Bates Electric $335.00. To this day, they have not paid Bates, and Bates has attached a lien on my home as of Aug 9.
Calls to Mr Bill Donovan, Operations Manager, and the owner "Kathy" have gone unanswered.
They will not return calls from Bates either.
