Recently I visited their offices in Princeton NJ and met with a consultant who provided some negative feedback about my interviewing skills, resume and my ability to find a job. He then invited me back and promised me leads and contacts within companies that he had relationships with. That I would probably hav a job in 5 weeks. He also invited my wife. After the sales pitch he presented us with the cost of the program. I was quite shocked to see that the price was $10,000. I was only making $50,000 a year and that represented 20% of my salary. Can you imagine if I was making $150,000?
He told me that in my situation he and his roundtable determined I was worth $100,000. I never made more than $55,000! He then said that the cost of the program would be $7500 and I would only have to pay $2500 if I earned a salary of $100,000 or more with a $20,000 sign bonus. I should have walked out at that point.
I signed up only to find that all they did was rewrite my resume, give me some interview tips and then give me a list of published names of people who worked for companies within a 30 mile radius of Toms River. No leads. No contacts!
I am fed up and wan other people to hear my story. I demanded my money back but they refuse to return my calls.
