Phoenix Executive Group is in business to take advantage of the desperate. The employment situation has been tough on middle and upper level managment of late. Phoenix has exploited that situation and is misrepresenting itself to their customers.
The sales pitch stresses a sense of urgency and markets their ability to help customers get beyond their network of contacts to this wonderful and eager group of employers who are hiring immediately!
There is no urgency after they get you to sign up. The counselors work only when pressed to do so. My refurbished resume took over a month and had my name spelled wrong, and the wrong dates for one of my positions. My homegrown resume was far superior. There is no network of contacts. Phoenix employees know far fewer people than I do myself.
They totally misrepresent what their capabilities are. They are a fraud. Buyers please beware. I am stuck trying to cancel my relationship, but you should not even attempt it.
I am a totally dissatisfied customer. I was taken.
