Took the money out my account but no product or e-mail that it was shipped

I ordered My stuff over a Week ago! I Noticed they pulled out the 49 bucks out of my account... But no e-mail that my stuff was shipped! I started e-mailing and calling. 4 e-mails and many Voicemails no response of course! How could you take my money and not ship my stuff! I been reading reports about this and notice many many people have this problem! I've already reported them to the BBB, and yahoo. I have plans for the stuff i ordered but i know im not reciving anything. Its only 49 bucks but ill be damned if im going to be takin advantage of!
