I ordered nearly 200 dollars worth of merchandise from Doxy Lingerie on September 7. The money was taken out of my account on September 11th so I figured they had shipped it. I e-mailed them a week and a half later (shipping is supposed to be a week or less) and asked what was going on. They responded saying the items would be shipped out that weekend.
I waited another week and a half after I had not received my order and e-mailed them again. They sent me an "automatic" e-mail asking not to e-mail them again. (Can you believe that?) I have e-mailed them several times since then and they still have yet to respond.
I would NOT buy ANYTHING from Doxy Lingerie. They have ripped off so many people; sounds like most everyone who ordered from them. This is the worst experience I have EVER had with any company. I have decided to turn it over to the bank and let them deal with Doxy. That will make it more fun for Doxy to have to deal with banks and not customers that they obviously do not care about.
If you have not ordered from Doxy Lingerie yet please do not take these consumer complaintss lightly. They will attempt to steal your money and take advantage of you.
