I have recently received a bill from these people for $298 saying it is past due. I do not remember asking for any listing, but like others may have received a notice that my listing was being discontinued if I didn't reply. I called and they were very rude. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put into the voicemail of someone who didn't even give his last name "Gary G."
If I don't hear from them and continue receiving bills I plan to contact the attorney general of the state of Texas. I don't know if this will help, but it can't hurt. I will not pay them no matter what, merely on the principle of it.
I told them I thought they had misrepresented themselves and of course they tried to justify their use of the same symbol as the regular yellow pages, etc.
I have no idea where my "ad" is even being listed, if it is at all.
I would appreciate feedback from anyone who has successfully dealt with these people, other than by paying them.
