Verizon installed equipment in my home and in the process, ruined two statues that were given to me by my now deceased grandmother. Sedgwick CMS was to settle the claim on behalf of Verizon. Sedgwick's Claim Adjuster called and bullied me into either accepting a very low amount and when I refused, they closed the claim without a settlement. My only recourse was to call them back and settle for the low amount. Their claim's adjuster and his manager were very rude and obnoxious. The claims adjuster even threatened me for calling Verizon about the status of the claim. They are not good representatives for Verizon and Verizon takes no responsbility for their screw ups or the poor service provided by Sedgwick CMS.
