I described the issue in the complaint section. But here I want to say that, since I did not submit a claim and then was told my claim was denied. I believe I should have the opportunity of actually submitting a claim with supporting information and doing so to a person who is at the next level up from the original "claims adjuster" at Sedgwick. It is bizarre that there is no appeals process, especially when I did not submit a claim in the first place.
