After my husband lost his leg due to diabetes i purchased him a new bedroom set for his comfort. Well after 3 months the stain is coming off all furniture and the mattress sags like a hammock. I woke up screaming in pain several nights finally he said this is rediculous and bought me a new mattress. I sleep in another room away from him and cry myself to sleep.
I contacted the company 3 times they sent two techs 1 said it was only sagging a half inch, the other tech told my husband oh, no, this will be put in for a replacement in my report its terrible. Customer service called me back and said the mattress is only an inch sagging, a difference in techs within 2 weeks. I cried and then im really at my end of rope.
My husband and i belong together he has been through enough, the product cannot be used for what it was purchased. Anyone with any vision can clearly see this mattress is caving in. When you lay on it, you fall to the middle. Please help. The company now tells us, the last tech they sent should never said anything to us. I want justice, and to be with my husband, such a horrible ordeal to go thriugh.
