I recently signed up on www.tecaut. Ro but did not like their site. It was not very user friendly. Every day for the past week I have tried to erase my account and they will not let me do it. I have e-mailed them twice at contact@tecaut. Ro about this but no one has responded. Not very good customer service. It is very frustrating because my full name is on there and I never wanted it to be that's why I wanted to erase it. But I can't even change that. I really don't want all my information on there for the whole world to see but no one has gotten back to me and everytime I try to erase the site it comes up as a 'fatal error.'
