I ordered 2 products that the total was $89.71. Sent by US Priorty mail. It has been nine days going on ten days and still nothing.
I would call but they have no phone number. It says one call on their page but no number. So the only way I had was to Email them. I have emailed them three times and no responce.
I can't track my order because I didnt open an account with them first, which I dint know. They sent me an email conformation with an order number and receipt.in the email they sent me had their sight which I could track it. So I went to that sight. I had to register to track it. So I did. I put the order number in and zero matches found.
I spoke to my post office. They said priorty mail takes 3 to 4 days, that they them self had no way of tracking it with the number they gave. That I might have a problem on my hands.
So I emailed them to let them know I was stopping payment and going to report them if I did not hear back from them ealier today. I didnt wait.
I had to close my card to stop payment becuse it hasnt showed yet. But I have the email conformation, and why won't they respond. It might be on its way. I don't know.
Im not taking any chances. I dont know if this is fraud, an accident or what. I do however know as a customer I am being treated unfair.
