I received a "Final Notice" invoice (statement) from this company dated 4-28 stating I owed $404.45 for Business Directory of America. I did not order anything from this company and since I am the only person to do any advertising with my company thought I would call to find out what this was for. When I called it took some time for them to find my "records'. I was transferred to another person and they said that I authorized this in April. When I told them that I did not authorize anything they became very rude and said they had recorded the conversation and I did order this. I then became very upset and told them to take their invoice and place it in the appropriate place on their person. They are notorius for this after reading many complaints on the web. I forwarded the complaint to the FTC.
