Like many people we try to help out the kids in the area with whatever fundraising efforts they're apart of. Obviously we have to pick & choose, but it makes an impression to see young people striving towards a specific goal, especially in this day and age of couch potato video gamers.
However, after throwing $46 down the drain for a subscription that we'll probably never see a shred of paper from, I very sincerely doubt if we will EVER be willing to give any of these kids the chance to get much more than a word or two out of their mouths before the NO, THANK YOU reaches ours. Our heartfelt apologies go out to those kids that really are on the up-and-up, but we've been ripped off for the last time by the door-to-door scam artist.
