I have traveled through the Melby ranch and found it to be quite beautiful. The problem is the person that started this realestate venture. He is so crooked he must have to walk sidewase to go forward. I have never seen anyplace with so many unkept roads. Now, if these roads belong to the county someone needs to sue the county because they don't keep them up and if your a tax payer in that county you should be able to at least drive to the front of your property. This is not the case with many of the properties there. Now Mr Melby Toast has graded the roads to his little lake side retreat. Where he apperantly trys to slik dick people into buying his lake front property at way over the real value and lies to them about what he will do for them.
The entry to this ranch is run down and looks like no one cares about it anymore. I asume that at one time it looked good. The owner has let it go and is just in the busness for greed and to make money and steal from anyone he can.
Anyone that is looking into buying in this area needs to talk to a real estate agent and get the real story about it.
Oh one other thing this duffus thinks he can control you and your property even if you own it. That's stuped and illegel. Sue the As - for as much as you can get and then find more things to sue him for.
