Did not fill my order but took payment - doesn't answer emails Long Island City New York

I ordered some aquarium heaters online and made payment with PayPal. My credit card was charged. However I have not recieved my order. It has been two weeks. They haven't answered two email inquiries. Don't know how to contact them by phone. Anybody know? I tried following the domain registration information Sam Mosadek. But to no avail. I am very pissed!
