Ripoff paid for item via credit card, they promised to UPS merchandise in 8 to 10 days, 6 weeks later no merchandise and they don't answer my multiple e-mails

I contacted forourfish.com on May 26 in order to purchase merchandise from theit vast online catalogue. Someone with a strong indian accent contacted me on the same day in order to confirm the purchase. I o.K.'d everything including higher shipping and insurance charges. The money was charged to my credit card immediately but the merchandise is still not here and no one is answering my e-mails. I am out $348.00 U.S.
