Ripoff paid for product but they never sent it, will not reply, took my money City

I orderedTetra Pond ClearChoice Pressure Filter - UV Upgrade
Kit, Model: PF2500/PF4000 UV Kit (18 Watt)

I paid for it and he took the money. He never sent it and is impossible to contact. He says he will email you back within 24 hours but dont fall for it. He tells you on the web site there is no phone to contact him only email. What good is it when he won't reply! Save your money, and stay away from this guy!
