I listed my grandmother 1/2 ctw solitare diamond ring 14kt yellow gold size 7, on ebay. Lucas horton ebay user name shabazz00746 won it, i mailed it to him, when he got it he emailed me and tried to tell me it was only a 1/4 ctw and he wanted a refund, i had pics of it on ebay compared to my 1.10 ctw ring and you can tell it was a 1/2 carot diamond. I told him it was not a 1/4 ct and but to mail it back i will refund his money,
I got it in the mail yesterday only he sent me a. 33 cz (fake) ring in 10kt gold a size 8.5. I looked through his feedack comments and found that he purchased (and mailed to me) he bought this ring a few days earlier from another ebay member, and the the picture of the ring was under his feedback, he is such a scam artist!
The ring he purchased from me was item#120658875588 and the ring he sent me was item#230561309864 clearly 2 different rings. I filed a postal fraud claim with the united states postal service investigations dept yesterday, they are going to contact him by mail, anyone else had a problem through the mail with him file a claim at your local post office or on usps.com they will get him and its a federal offense anything over 800.00 is a felony in this state, come on people man up lets get this scum bag!!!
