D&D Moving And Storage
Lost items, unpacked my items w. Out permission, sent me someone else's things, yelled at me and hung up phone during my complaint call

Find any other moving/storage company besides D&D. I was just yelled at over the phone by the owner, who went on to hang up on me, then refuse to hear me out regarding compensating me for my losses.

My items required a out-of-state move. The company decided to unpack and re-pack my stuff without my permission, and then went on to blame FedEx. I opened boxes to find things that did not belong to me, and multiple items are still missing.

The move cost me more than $700.
