I bought A - 19 inch LCD monitor from Circuit City in January. It never did work right. Circuit City believed to contact LG for support. I named LG and described the issue. A person support representative desired to understand basically had changed the primary wire towards the check. Often they're going negative. I changed the wire. It did not work. I called back and was informed perhaps the movie card was poor. I change the video card. Nevertheless did not work. Delivered video card. I called back again to LG on April 4 and was informed by Brandy they might change the check. I'd to provide them my charge card data first tho. Just in case used to donot return the faulty check. And so I did. I called back on April 6 to determine if there is a tracking number. I had been informed by Brandy the check hadn't be delivered yet. I obtained a contact on April 9 from LG declaring
