Slammed my business lines, unuauthorized change in LD carrie

Discovered Network Services Billing Inc. Was billing me for long distance calls on my March bill. I had never heard of them; never authorized any changes. Called my local carrier and had charges removed immediately. Am calling my regular long distance carrier to ensure this does not happen again.
