My boyfriend gave me an ODM watch for my birthday at July.
First, the stripe was broken and I sent it to repair, then the battery was off and I sent it to get changed.
By May (Almost one year without using my new ODM watch), my ODM watch is back at my place, but it is not working.
After having a lot of trouble with the bad service given by the Mexican office, I decided to use it as an accesory, because I don´t want to fight again with the really bad service that the Mexican Office give to clients, so I´m going to use it as an accesory.
It is clear to me that nothing has been done to my watch in almost 10 months that it had come and go to Puebla.
If they have noticed that something was not working with the functionality of it, I would have expected to first let me know and then make the change so it will work in a normally way.
This is the last time of me buying anything from the brand ODM, and if I have the opportunity I will tell everyone of my near contact people (such as clients, friends, family, press media friends) about my BAD ODM – La Tendance Mexican service experience.
